I use Horton and Garton to manage my properties. They are exceptional. They go out of their way to ensure everything is working properly. They regularly check the properties to ensure that the tenants are keeping them at a good standard. I have recently experienced some difficulties with work carried out at one of my properties. Horton and Garton have taken over the management and have taken control of the situation and are dealing effectively with the contractors to ensure that the work is being completed.
