Just a quick update on my last post. I had many problems with my kitchen. The last was the kitchen cabinets discolored. Although I complained to Grant nothing happened. So in the end I contacted the kitchen manufacture in Italy (Arredo). They were brilliant. They sent all new doors. After many failed appointments Grants company did fit these. Although two draws were the wrong type, a plinth was missing and some of the hinges were faulty. After two failed appointments and me still chasing. These last issues still haven't been fixed. Although I know Arredo have sent them new draws. So in summary

We have had a Kitchen fitted, well almost. they came, measured up quoted and all seemed fine, worked started back in October and we were told it would all be done and finished well before Christmas 2018
It wasn't finished, we had the wrong ovens fitted (which they have changed) we've had the wrong colour doors put on the units, then we were told it was the colour of which we chosen to which they agreed a few weeks later it was there mistake.
We were then promised to have them change before Christmas, that never happened.
Its now February, we still have our kitchen in boxes, plastic on the door

I've recently had the whole kitchen renovated and was very happy with it all. The project was run by Caesar and they did everything from re plastering, new lights, kitchen design and fit, quartz worktops, and painting and decorating. Vision Design's default setting is to do everything to a high quality so you don't feel you have to monitor them, for example they asked me during the install if I wanted to a nicer up the wall radiator and fitted it and didn't charge me any more. I would say the quote format is a bit confusing so I'd recommend you email them to confirm exactly what they're doing and
