Just had a great stay in The Haven. It was immaculate-beautifully decorated and spotless. All the facilities were available for my family and topped off with a great breakfast which kept us going 'til tea time! Highly recommended, we will return to The Haven next time we visit Blackpool. Thanks very much to Mitchell and Nikki, a perfect set up!

We stayed in a family room, which was very clean and the owners where welcoming.
Double bed was uncomfortable, duvet might as well been a handkerchief.
Mattress uncomfortable and dipped to one side. Bunk beds squeaked all night as kids turned in there sleep. We got next to no sleep and while we booked 2 nights we only stayed 1 night and left the following evening. Disappointed bar was closed. The least the place could do is offer drinks or have a vending machine.

Rooms clearly not cleaned properly as their were stains on the sheets and hair clips and earrings left in the draws. But they told us we could not leave hours bags in the hotel until our lift cane due to covid. Clearly they weren’t worried about covid due to the uncleanliness of my room. Staff were shockingly rude. DO NOT STAY HERE

I was nervous going away with everything that's going on with covid, but when I walked in to the Haven and saw how clean it was my mind was put at rest. I was glad that we got breakfast served to our room (breakfast sandwiches, bacon cooked to perfection, and hubby said best sausages ever!) with tea and coffee, I think during these circumstances I would have declined breakfast in a dining room for a B &B this size as I know just how small these dining rooms can be. Located in a great place close to all piers, pleasure beach and town centre and other major attractions, this B&B is family run and the

Mitch and Nikki are great hosts , very friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Kelly their help is very friendly and helpful too. The rooms are great as is the breakfasts. We are are a family of 5 with 2 autistic kids. They are very understanding of the kids needs and do not mind us staying in the room whenever they are needing some chill out time. Close to the promenade between Central and South piers. We have stayed there the last 5 years and will no doubt be back again..
