I found Cloud 9 estates agent through a listing on Uni Homes whilst looking for student accommodation for Coventry university.
My interactions over the phone and through emails with Karen were very helpful and responsive. Karan was professional and enthusiastic when advising me through the options and guiding me through the process.
When I viewed the property I was greeted by Terry. Terry was prompt, polite and charismatic. He provided a great tour of the property and had very expansive knowledge of the area.
So far Cloud 9 have been very organised and reliable with admin and answering questions

Has been a pleasure to work with Cloud 9. Joseph is the person i have been dealing with initially and he is very quick with reponses and very informative with what is required. Being my first property which i have just managed to let out was made seamless by Cloud 9 and the customer service is great.
