We were delighted with Herwalds when selling our house. There was an awful lot of issues and delays caused by 3rd parties but Laurence and Anthony stayed on the case and kept us informed and up to date all the way through the journey. We have now sold and moved into our new home in London

I highly recommend, as a landlord, letting with herwald's as they have been so easy to deal with especially as we no longer live close by. The staff have been corresponding quickly and found suitable tenants straight away. It has been very easy as they have dealt with everything.

My experience with Herwald has been fantastic - from friendly and open lettings agents and reception staff on the phone, to my experience being shown around a wonderful home by the lovely Andrew. What sets him apart from other agents that have shown me around is that he really took the time to discuss the little quirks of the home, making suggestions, and helping me imagine myself in it. He's the kind of letting agent that landlords dream of, as he's great at really selling a house. I cannot recommend Herwald enough, and I look forward to hopefully moving into a property with you.

I recently had a great experience with Herald Sales & Lettings finding a tenant for my vacant flat. Everything went smoothly and quickly from the initial meeting to today when the tenant moved in. Liam Pope handled this for us, he is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Also a shout out to Amanda who handled the invoicing etc. which ensured a quick turnaround. I would definitely use this service again and can't recommend them enough.
