Got my kitten neutered here I had a cats protection voucher for £40 and only had to pay £29 for the neutering, I gave the vets the voucher on the day and signed it everything went fine, I left me kitten there which the neutering went well when I collected him I paid the £29 I was told to pay in cash and took my kitten home, he recovered and everything went fine, until a few weeks later I got a phone from the vets saying they haven’t got the voucher even though I definitely give it to them on the day and I also sent them a email with a picture of the voucher before he was neutered, they asked

Telephoned the practice today despite not being registered with them. Had an appointment same day. Alex was fantastic. My beloved cat Ethel ( Effie to humans who love her) just wasn't "right" in my opinion. Thorough physical check undertaken by Alex and we decided that blood tests were a good way forward. Temperature taken and anti inflammatories given. Alex called me this evening to say Effie's lab results have come back OK. I can't thank you enough for your kindness. Registered with Willows as of today. Great service !

We had to take our kitten in for an emergency, which later turned into an emergency operation. Jenna, the amazing vet who took care of my baby, was very understanding and able to explain everything thoroughly to us in a calm manner! She literally made one of the most stressful days in our lives a lot better by being so reassuring, confident and professional!! Also, everyone at the reception was so friendly and clearly loved and cared about animals that came into the practice, which was so lovely to know!
I really appreciate all the care and love given at the vet to our little baby, who is now

I wouldn't recommend Willow vet at all, I have been with them for over a year and there has been always things that haven't been right. Sending my dog home forgetting to remove the catheter, giving my dog anaesthesia and then realise the machine they have to use is not working, charging me £27 for ONE MINUTE call as a consultation, telling me to decide in 20 minutes if I give to my dog a blood transfusion, otherwise he will die (took my dog to somewhere else and he ended up not needing the blood transfusion). Last thing it was calling them on a Saturday because I urgently needed to put my dog

The staff were kind, there were precautions in place due to restrictions. The nurse who was treating my rabbit seems kind, I did struggle a little to understand though. The veterinary did get my rabbits name wrong but I called them after I returned home and they apologised and corrected the mistakes. As it wasn't nice weather and had to wait outside, it was cold for my rabbit which was concerning, but she was seen quite quickly.
