Stamp duty is a tax paid by people buying property, although it varies slightly across the UK. The amount handed to the government depends on where you are in the UK, and the price of the property. Sam is a positive person and good as an agent! If there are any questions or issues with your property you can contact her and she tries her best to help you! We've got our apartment and have to solve a few issues and of course Sam is always there for the help ;) I hope we solve everything

Bradley and Lifestyle properties were key for me to find my " home".
I went to a visit in a property we schedule through internet, and you know how these visits are. When we arrive the place was totally different from what we expected.
But Bradley, with all his seniority, was able to quickly understand our needs, ambitions and budget, and suggested something that was exactly what we were looking for.
If it wasn’t Bradley, I can tell that I would not have a place to call " home" until now. He did a important difference in my life in this complex "move to uk" process. He was always clear and

When we see anonymous complaints, attempting resolution is almost always impossible as we don’t know who the complainant is or how to respond to them.
Applicants need to understand that letting agents are instructed by their landlord clients and some landlords will insist that a property is marketed some time in advance of its availability so as to reduce the likelihood of void periods when no rent is received. Where tenants are living in a property but have served notice, reasonable access is required for marketing purposes which includes photos and viewings but not all tenants
