I gave an expert insight into these types of properties which are blocks of flats with deck access, of which the lenders will also require the % of owner occupiers and take into account re-saleability. The service charges are also high, due to lifts and the concierge, these are predominately for cash buyers, but at certain prices as mentioned. I was marketing at a price that was requested. The housing association i work with declined to purchase. Offers were received, but as mentioned ,when they applied for mortgages

Was the biggest waste of time. They never gave any feedback unless i begged for it. Lied about viewings that didn’t happen. Then lied about a offer and then didn’t give me the keys back on the date I asked for and we agreed for so I had to go into the office to get them where they laughed at me about it. I wish I didn’t waste 3 months on this hell

Stephen from Samuel King Estate Agents at barking road has helped me rent a property with them. I've found his service excellent, he is professional and so helpful. Very poor service, much disappointed was shown a property and was asked to give all the documents which I did but they did not come back to me five days I had to call them to know what was going on. then they told me landlord wants to give the property to his relative which looked absolute lie, as I was told the property is vacant for more than two months.

If here would be option to choose zero stars, would definitely give that. Waste of time! My family were looking for 3 bed house, we left holding deposit 2.5 weeks ago. Household incomes is around 68K annually, however they got picky and pointed out to my overdraft, that there is overdraft in use in one account (we bought car that's why it was in use, if they would check it properly they would see we actually covered more than half amount in last month). Its not the point! I understand that its their choice to rent or decline property, however, they teased us for two and a half weeks, knowing that
