The Golf Course is Open. The Clubhouse is open subject to Government guidance and regulations, this message will remain until circumstances change. The course lives up to the beauty of its historic clubhouse, combining lovely views of the surrounding countryside. It is exactly what you would expect from one of the best golf clubs in Essex and ideal for golf societies and corporate golf days.
This is especially so in spring and autumn, with lively turf, superb greens and brand new bunkers. This Essex golf club has a mature course, which is spread out over the rolling greensward that runs gently down to the River Ingrebourne. It combines wide fairways with holes requiring finesse and judgement.

As soon as an opponent is known, all parties should immediately endeavour to make contact. If the competition permits members of a lesser membership category to take part, matches must be played within their playing times. Whilst it is the duty of the loser/losers of a match to put the Winner's name(s) forward to the next round, as soon as the match is finished, it is also the Winners responsibility to see that it has been done.
Men's singles competitions which are not drawn must be entered via the Pro Shop and/or the App. To do this just enter the Pro Shop and pay the required entry fee. You MUST also Sign In via the PSI Terminal or via the Howdidido Mobile App before you play. All Men's Single Drawn Competitions (excluding Matchplays) are entered via the Online Booking on Howdidido.
