I have used these guys a couple of times on the recommendation of a friend and they are brilliant. Very professional, flexible and helpful. Great value and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Mark is a lovely guy to deal with and the rest of the team ( please forgive me I can’t remember their names) are the same too.

My car has been with Cheltenham MOT's for a month, with no contact or updates from them.
I rang at the three week mark, and I heard that a lot of cars are in a similar situation i.e. they haven't worked on them for three or more weeks, and that they would look into it as a priority.
I still haven't heard from them.
Edit: Thanks for that, Mark - it's the Jaguar XK8 convertible.
Edit 2: It's now been four months that my car has been with Cheltenham MOT's, with no updates unless chased. They have been saying that it will be ready by the end of the week, almost every week since the last 6 weeks

I am useless with cars and the rear windscreen wiper on the car I had just bought wasn't working so I took it here and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Being a minor fault, they fixed it for me free of charge and explained the issue so nicely which really eased my anxiety - such a friendly business and I'll definitely be using them for all my car related things going forward! Booked here for the first time this week. My motorhome needed an MOT this week and it’s difficult to find somewhere with the correct ramps for 3.5ton van. Brilliant service from a really professional outfit, very thorough and very helpful. They identified a faulty brake light which after investigation proved to be not the bulb but a faulty component. No spares available in the UK for at least 3 weeks. Not phased by this they repaired the component old school style. How refreshing, a company putting good service first.
I’ll be using them again for our other vehicles.

Tried a few garages in Cheltenham, all had faults, some with service, some with price, then I found Cheltenham MOT's and was impressed with both, joined the AA, guess who they recommend..... These guys, no surprise! All the staff are polite and efficient and honest, they are even understanding of my attachments to one of my less practical/ reliable vehicles, patiantly helping me keep it on the road and not charging the Earth. Good place, even good for clasic cars, I highly recommend.
