Some garages are purely service & MOT ventures. Those garages aim to get as many cars through the doors as possible with no care for doing engaging or technical work. This is not that kind of garage.
If you want your car worked on by motoring enthusiasts who are interested in the minutia of the work then this is the place to go. The staff are clearly into the profession and are genuinely nice too.

I recently had some major work carried out on my 4.2 TDI Audi Q7 and I honestly couldn't be any happier with the friendliness, professionalism and honesty of the staff taking care of my car. They were happy to show me all of the issues with my vehicle and had no issue with me dropping by to check on the progress. Once all of the work was finished I was presented with an itemised invoice listing all of the parts, consumables and labor involved.

I had a small oil leak on the sump and I know that a small leak can quickly become a big one. Booked in and Alex rang back a short while later, explaining the problem and remedy, with a quote for the work. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the showing of damaged parts. I have no problem recommending Coombe Workshops.

My car was booked in for a diagnostic check due to poor running. I received a phone call from Alex a couple of hours later after identifying the problem and he ran through everything with me in detail . Very polite & professional , would not hesitate to use them again .

My 12 year old BMW 7-Series was needing several jobs doing (BMW Dealer had quoted thousands, local BMW specialist had had 2 attempts and faults not rectified) so I took it to Coombe Workshop instead.
I'm so grateful - all issues have been resolved with a customer focussed approach. Alex looked after me exceptionally well - I've already recommended Coombe Workshop to my neighbour this morning and am so very pleased that at last I have found an honest, open and communicative workshop with expertise as well - keep up the good work!
