The Hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the Royal Priors Shopping Mall, Jephson Gardens park, Royal Pump Rooms and the bowling green. Leamington Spa rail station, with direct trains to London and Birmingham, is only 15 minutes walk away.

Classic decor makes it feel homey. Tea tray and toiletries provided. Spacious single room was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and pretty linen. Great breakfast choices. Lugguage storage very appreciated. As always when travelling take your ear plugs and eye mask.

Really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Nice hot shower and toiletries even included toothbrushes and sewing kit. Bottled water was free for you to help yourself. Staff are very helpful and breakfast has all you can want and is very fresh. Lovely stay.

The positives - fab location for town centre, friendly and accommodating staff, reasonably priced, good breakfast, own car park. The negatives - just a strange experience really. Room is small, old fashioned decoration, and the bathroom, although clean bar the mould in the shower, needs updating. A sign outside the hotel said no vacancies, but we're sure there were only 2 other guests, particularly as no other cars in the tight car park. And why is this called Restaurant at the Lansdowne Hotel - it's a b and b, there is no restaurant that we could see? Slightly odd experience all round

We have just spent Bank holiday Monday with them and it was lovely. Great location, spotless room , comfy bed and great breakfast. Amazing for the price and such obliging people. We stay in a lot of hotels and this has been one of the best. Hope to stay again in the future. Kate and Stuart
