Elena, the duty manager, was phenomenal at her job. She looked professional and ready to help! She made sure all the guests were happy and catered to. I will definitely be returning to the hotel. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I think the manager said it was prepared by Wanesa. Overall a great stay!

Lovely room staff also Lovely hard working but far too busy and no masks wearing. Didn't feel comfortable around the bar area. Plus our room was right opposite an office where the staff let the door slam shut over and over till late at night plus again really early in the morning and talking loudly. It spoilt our stay. Otherwise everywhere was clean and the staff were very nice

Hotel very nice friendly staff. Especially Joe who made us feel so welcome. Hotel could do with more modern decor. Spa facilities superb but do need more changing rooms. Our room lighting was very poor mostly lamps and bedside lighting which made the room very dark as no sufficient lighting above the bed only a sprinkler. Overall had z really good time and pleasant stay. Highly recommend staying at QHotels.
