I believe that the right support can help us get clarity and find our way through any difficult period. My journey began with a desire for self-exploration. I started to enjoy my work so much that I decided to train as a therapist. Working with addictions, anger, relationships, self-esteem, stresss and many other issues, I realised that I found this work very enriching and rewarding to my life.
Personal or work-related difficulties can often leave us feeling quite frustrated and confused. This can be due to a number of reasons and it is useful to talk through this with someone. I work with you to spot any patterns of behaviour, to get some clarity and understand yourself better. To explore the origins of the difficulty you are experiencing, develop coping strategies and/or find a way to resolve them.

This can be life changes, change in circumstances, polarised desires, diagnosis of a condition in one person, an affair, sexual difficulties or other reasons.
