Tremaine Green Holiday Cottages are in an idyllic location. Tremaine Green is situated between Looe and Polperro only 2 miles from the spectacular National Trust SE Cornish coast (Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty).So good we have been a Film Location for Channel 4.
A mile away is the village of Pelynt (pronounced Plint), a medieval agricultural settlement with village shops, a pleasant pub with restaurant, Anglican and Methodist churches, together with a holy well and Iron Age earth works.Polperro, Looe and Fowey (by ferry) are all within a short distance. Within half an hour's drive there is an abundance of interesting places to visit.

All our self-catering holiday cottages near Looe in Cornwall are well equipped and include a television, radio, DVD player, electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, ironing facilities and hairdryer as standard. Holiday cottages sleeping 4 or more have dishwashers and fridge freezers. All our self catering holiday cottages are double glazed and have oil fired central heating.
Once again, many thanks to Justin and Penny, not least for the welcome tea-tray on arrival. This is a delightful spot and our fourth visit will not be our last. The Cornwall area is one of the best areas we have seen or holidayed in, together with our stay at your beautiful cottages and grounds. This was our first holiday since starting our family and the children loved every minute of it.

Vehicular access is by the Lansallos highway off the B3359 between the villages of Pelynt and Lanreath. There are two driveways into Tremaine Green with a car parking space near each cottage, some of which are covered. Overflow car parking is in a designated car park 50 meters from the centre of the Green.

As this is our fourth visit over many years we keep getting drawn back to this little group of cottages within a lovely rural setting. Over the years we have stayed in a different cottage each time and found them all charming in their themed style. This complex of cottages has been owned and run with care and love by Julian and Penny, throught the time we have visited. The prices are very reasonable and each property is well cared for and the amenities are good. The surrounding gardens are well kept.

Our 5th time here and as always a real pleasure to stay here. Stayed in Cobblers cottage this time. Lovely and light and airy and spaceous. Very well equiped kitchen and you can walk out of the back and see the ponies and the goat and ducks. Have always been made very welcome here and of course we will return again.
