Krafft Jewellers have been trading in Chelmsford for over 40 years. Mr Karl Krafft first started trading in New Street, next to the King William public house, before moving to Duke Street in 1973. Michael Stapleton worked with Mr Krafft until his semi-retirement in 1985 when Karl moved to Cornwall.

All items (UK) are sent via Special Delivery at a cost of 8.50 per item to ensure a guaranteed safe and fast delivery to you. Items sent to Europe have a delivery cost of 19.00. Worldwide orders will be sent via an insured Signature Required delivery, please contact us for costs to your address. All delivery costs may vary depending on the item ordered so additional postage costs may apply.

Jewellery repairs and restoration Report

We will replace your watch battery while you wait and, wherever possible, complete all small repairs or alterations while you wait. Our business reputation is built on our repair service - the majority of watch and jewellery repairs are completed within a fortnight, but if required we will endeavour to complete them sooner.

Best Jewellers in Chelmsford. The staff are very helpful. Danny , is very knowledgeable and the only Jeweller in Chelmsford , I trust with my repairs, and watch battery removal, after having a few disasters. Couldn’t be more helpful , or considerate. A 5 star service.

I've been using Krafft Jewellers for my watch repairs since moving to Chelmsford in 1988. I now live in Suffolk but still travel down for repairs as I would not trust anyone else with my collection. I visited the shop this week and 2 watches were fixed by Danny and his very helpful assistant, one cost me £9 and the other was free. Professional & Helpful service and just nice people.

Simply dreadful would leave no stars if I could!
Repair and service to watch, repair to strap and broke 2 days later, watch stopped working and took it to another jewellers to be told battery had run out - some service
