We have been using Brightridge for our IT Support & maintenance for just over one year. We have found the team to be responsive with a good grasp of our business needs , they are particularly good at explaining technical issues in a simple way which is much appreciated. As we don't have any dedicated It resource in house the relationship that we have with Brightridge is really important and we have found them to be trustworthy and provide sounds advice regarding our IT requirements
