Services
A friendly and caring school in the heart of the community, Clayton Village Primary strives to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our dedicated and caring staff are committed to helping all our children achieve in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. We want our children to develop into confident, resilient and happy young people whilst valuing self-discipline, respect and manners.
During Key Stage 1, pupils learn about people's lives and lifestyles. They find out about significant men, women, children and events from the recent and more distant past, including those from both Britain and the wider world. They listen and respond to stories and use sources of information to help them ask and answer questions.
At Clayton Village School we are fortunate to have an extensive staff team who work extremely hard to support every child in a variety of different ways. Our school operates as a team and we wish to welcome children and parents to join our team in making Clayton Village Primary School the best provider of education as it possibly can be.

Our Governing Body are responsible for the overall management of our school and its policies, guidelines and practices. They are a hardworking team consisting of parents, school staff and members of our local community. The full Governing Body meets one a term. In addition, each Governor belongs to one of the following Sub-Committees, which meets once a term.
