Our detached bungalow annexe is situated in the grounds of the B&B, providing a perfect retreat for discerning family groups, or couples who like their own space. A comfortable home from home, The Annexe sleeps five in three bedrooms, has an enclosed garden and welcomes three dogs at no extra charge.
The pretty seaside village of Winterton boasts pale sandy beaches and mile upon mile of sand dunes, making it a great location for a quiet and traditional family beach holiday. The dunes form part of Winterton Dunes Nature Reserve and with its abundance of foot paths, it's a great place to wander and observe wildlife.
The nearest train stations are Acle and Gt. Yarmouth. From Gt. Yarmouth take the 603/604 bus to Martham. The bus passes the front gate of Three Acres. From the Traveline East Anglia website you can get up-to-date timetables for local bus routes. Alternatively take the A149 north out of Gt. Travel along the Caister by-pass, over the next roundabout and along the coast road through Hemsby, Winterton, then West Somerton.
West Somerton in Norfolk is a great destination at any time of the year. Miles of unspoilt coastline, internationally important nature reserves and amazing wildlife, hundreds of picturesque villages, historic market towns, fantastic seaside resorts, The Broads - Britain's magical waterland, and Norwich, a fantastic heritage, entertainment and shopping city, are just some of the delights on offer nearby.
Take a moment to stroll through the beautiful country gardens in and around the village and enjoy the attractions on the village green. Perfect for a relaxing day out in Norfolk and only 20 minutes' drive from the Three Acres guest house. The seals are back in Horsey and visitors are arriving in numbers to watch them on the beach.

Staying a week in the annexe on three acres b&b very clean great hosts very peaceful nothing has been too much trouble we only have to ask. Great location for walks to Winterdon on sea and only a short car ride to many other great beaches. We were able to bring our three dogs at no extra cost garden secure for them. Very happy with the service
