Well. Let's start we arrived 1hr early. And was no problem at all the owner was very nice and aloud us our room. With no extra cost. (I did not charge for my signature also).. Lol. The B&B is so warm and welcoming. From the 1st step in side fills like ur moved bk in time. The room was very big spacious and clean. And the kettle was amazing. The view of the sea and boating lake was awesome. The only bad bit to the room was. Only 4 sugars in the bowl. But I'm sure if I ask I would of got more. The cooked breakfast was so nice the best we have had in our 4 Yr get aways. Very pleased. And I wish we

What a beautiful hotel to stay in a lovely place. The room was absolutely out of this world with a stunning view across the sea. Small walk to town, a perfect distance. Bob and Barbara made us feel so welcome, literally was home from home! 2 of the nicest people we have ever met! Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning and greeted with a smile. Just an absolute pleasure to stay and didn't want to leave. Definitely will be returning! Thank you so so much
Stayed June 2016, travelled as a couple

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with lovely view of the sea to boot! It was great value at £77 for the night. We were disappointed with our host who seemed quite short with us from the moment we arrived and asked for full payment up front before we had even seen the room. Breakfast was delicious but, again, we noticed a lack of welcome from the lady in question. She seemed quite friendly with the other guests, all over 40. Possibly they prefer an older clientele. A crying shame as, other than the lack of welcome, I would highly recommend this place!
