Lifetime Legal Services
We're probably all aware that it's a good idea to write a Will, but in reality, it's something that most of us just never get round to doing. The statistics are really quite shocking, around 70% of us die without a Will. We can help you, and our vision is simple, to make our services affordable, and to give you the absolute peace of mind that during your lifetime you have a professionally drafted Will that will ensure everyone and everything that is precious to you will be properly looked after when the time comes.
Services
As a leading Will Writing specialist, Lifetime Legal Services, together with our professional connections, offer affordable expertise & peace of mind when helping you with many of the things that are so important to you.

Your local specialist Estate Planning Consultant will visit you in the comfort of your own home, daytime or evening, and will provide a full consultation identifying your concerns and needs, advising and guiding you every step of the way, no matter how simple or complex your circumstances may be.
For most people the answer is certainly Yes. A Will is the only way to ensure your assets go where you want them to go when you die. You will also be deciding who will deal with your affairs and who will be acting as guardians to any children under 18. A Will gives you the peace of mind that your loved ones will know exactly what your wishes are, and they will not have to struggle with the complexities of administering your estate without a Will.
Planning for the future is so important, and making a Will is one of the things that we probably all have on our 'To Do' list, and if you've already written your Will, it might be that you've been intending to review or update it for some time too. It's important to have an up to date Will in place, and it's recommended that we review our Wills at least every 5 yrs or after significant changes in our lives.
You may be considering setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), whether for yourself or someone in your family. An LPA is often considered to be as important as having a Will, and in contrast to a Will, it looks after your affairs whilst you are still alive.

It's a way of giving someone you trust (your Attorney) the legal authority to make decisions on your behalf in the future, if the day comes that you lose the capacity or the ability to make your own decisions, or to do things for yourself.Setting up an LPA doesn't that mean you need to surrender control.
Trusts can preserve assets, reduce taxes, control distribution of assets and keep assets within your family and can be either within a Will or standalone, ensuring your assets go where you want them to go. Planning your estate can involve many different actions, from putting in place a basic Will, to setting up a lifetime trust.
