We worked with Nicky Booroff for the purchase of our first home.
Throughout the process Nicky kept us informed and fought hard for us every step of the way, when at times it felt like the developer was holding us to ransom.
Not only is Nicky incredibly knowledgeable but she was extremely responsive and was always happy to answer any queries we had.

I was happy with dealing with Andrew Templeton whilst he was working on my conveyancing file however I had the misfortune of speaking to Phillip Bann whilst Andrew was on leave and he proceeded to tell me he was not going to 'pull out the stops' for me to complete my sale! I was flabbergasted that a professional person could speak to a paying client this way so because of this I would not recommend or use again.
