Located in Eastbourne's Old Town the Trident Fish and Seafood restaurant has been offering award-winning takeaway and restaurant services for over 22 years. Recently completely refurbished it has been enlarged into a bright, airy, warm and welcoming space, with a large outside eating area complete with outdoor heaters too.

We are fully licensed for the sale of alcohol to complement your meal. The Trident Fish Restaurant is conveniently situated on the corner of Albert parade in Green Street where parking is readily available. We also have disabled access and disabled toilet facilities.

Opening hours 4:30pm-9:30pm on Mondays and 11:30am-2:30pm and 4:30pm-9:30pm Tuesday to Saturday. Homemade 8oz burger from the grill served with onion, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo - 9.95. Candy Bacon burger - served with onion, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo and bacon fried in maple syrup - 10.75.

Great fish and 🍟 shop been using it 45yrs now it used to be where old town kebabs is now never had bad fish & chips from there mis Julie always had a smile when she served you 😀

Lovely gluten free fish and chips. My husband enjoyed his normal fish and chips too.
Waitress was very nice.
I was even able to have an gluten free apple crumble. Very good portion size.

While I was pet sitting, I had a takeaway from here. Exceptional varied menu, clean place and the staff were very welcoming. They always seemed busy and there is a restaurant next door if people preferred to sit in rather than takeaway.

Always my place for cod and chips here in Eastbourne, nice staff, good atmosphere, food quality is stable and getting better and better over time, now my best fish restaurant that I always bring my family and friends to for a good dinner. Cheers

Amazing and fresh food. The best fish and chips we had. Amazing service, friendly staff. The food was delivered quickly and hot. Very nice place, clean and very well organised. Good prices. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back on our next Eastbourne trips. Thank you. 💯💯👌🏻

Great fish and chips. They do gluten free f&c's as well. Everything's cooked separately and it tastes great. They're always busy so it's worth calling ahead and ordering first if you don't want to wait.

What a fab find we both had cod with chips. Fish cooked perfect brilliant chippy chips.must not forget mushy peas and curry sauce both fab.lovely clean modern restaurant .serving staff brilliant very welcoming and attentive.it was our first visit but definitely not our last.trawlers of Seaford take note because this is a proper fish and chip and the best in the whole of England.goodbye trawlers hello Trident.
