Here at The HighScope Nursery, we have a good understanding of children's lives and their social contexts, basing our provision around them. We work to develop all areas of your child's learning and development as set out by the government in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with particular emphasis on social and emotional and language development.

Services
A week by week account of a typical year at our nursery. These activities are typical of what we do throughout the year. At the end of each week we post an update on our Facebook page showing what we have done that week. It has been a busy and emotional week!
After the end of year party on Monday the children have been choosing their favourite activities - water, bubbles, big blocks and treasure maps and today we had a surprise visit from a pony called Dolly!We have said goodbye to our older children who are moving on to school; it is always sad to say goodbye but we hope you will all keep in touch and we know they will all be brilliant at school.
