Will never use again !
I got a quote from them for the part and the labour at £135 which was 20% higher than others locally but i went to them first. I was offered a free courtesey car for the day which i thought was ok considering. I got back later in the day they hadnt finished the job and although i was allowed to keep the courtesey car until the morning when i returned the next day to pay for it they had inflated the cost again due to a "different part that was ordered wrong" I was shown the part they had to send back but uiltimitely that mistake they made passed the cost on to me. The lady at the front reception very good in the reception but mechanics not so sure but after leaving I noticed my car had been I've raced or over rev as its now missing and pops and bang its seems like they was listening to the exhaust when I only took it in for tracking I'm going to take it to my mechanic to do an ecu check as that keeps a log if it has been messed about with as was driving good before.

My dad took his car hear after it started overheating. We were told that it must be a head gasket. How they came to this conclusion I don't know as all they did was remove the oil cooler. They didn't even do a compression test (I asked and they kept avoiding the question). My dad has decided to take on the job himself and just discovered his water pump is seized.
The mechanics here haven't got a clue. Avoid like coronavirus.
