Do NOT purchase a vehicle from Greenhaus Shrewsbury unless you want it incomplete minus basics such as jack, wheel brace, tool kit and not fit for the road. Worse still they will NOT supply the items despite paying £12,600. Sales department arrogant and rude, BUY ELSEWHERE NOT HERE

Awful service didn’t PDI a brand new van prior to delivery causing a 4 week delay as the driver couldn’t deliver on the morning arranged due to warning lights on that weren’t picked up and no updates, no recompense paid for the month lost that we paid for the van. Don’t recommend.

Only allow your vehicle to be repaired here if you like OVERSPRAY on the alloys, underside of vehicle, plastic trim, roof rack, sliding door lock plastics, and further move a huge scratch from where there removed the sliding door.
They think customers don't love their vehicles and won't notice!
They wouldn't expect there OWN vehicle to be treated in the manner they treat their customers.
None of my vehicles will ever go near that place, if they need too.
I haven't even mentioned the attitude of the Aussie Manager, disgusting, I didn't feel like a valued customer at all.
My advice is to AVOID

Where do I start. I took my pride and joy Insignia SRI VX-LINE 2.0 SIDI Petrol Turbo 2017 to Greenhous Vauxhall in Shrewsbury for a major service. I only wanted a main dealer to service my vehicle as I trusted it would be looked after. Oh my goodness how wrong was I.
I waited around 3 hours for the major service and gearbox oil change which was fine. I paid the bill of nearly £700 including some other parts which were fitted and went home. I decided to check under the bonnet just out of interest and noticed all of the screws around the airbox were all rounded off and sharp. I knew these were
