Called in without an appointment on a Saturday morning whilst visiting Shropshire as I thought the the steering on my RR Sport felt different. They immediately arranged for a mechanic Richard to inspect the steering and wheels and then take the vehicle for a test drive. In the event, nothing wrong but very helpful and reassuring and no charge. Excellent service.

A very unhappy customer. Bought a used and approved car from Shukers Ludlow on 8 th May. The communication was very rubbish, they gave us wrong finance quote, first of all. Secondly, we were half way to the dealership to collect the car (Exeter to Ludlow is 3 hours drive)but then the staff informed us the quote is different and its higher than the previous given. But we decided to continue our journey anyways. When we were checking the car, we found a broken rear wiper but the staff assured they would send a new one by post. But four weeks on and we are still waiting for it to arrive. The car is

Not impressed with their service department, took my 18 month old car in for warranty work, door seals falling off, oil leaking from tailgate struts and a constant squeak from the rear of the car, picked the car up and they only hand fixed the door seals. Apparently no fault found on the struts and they claim the squeak is a natural occurence ?? now five weeks later the door seals are hanging off again, I still have the squeak and the tailgate struts have now failed completely, LR engineer (not Shukers) came out and now new struts on order, and he told me the door seals should have been replaced

Appalled, I test drove a Discovery Sport, which I said I had to pick up my wife who was isolating. It had 58 miles only in fuel, so I put in £10 worth. On return Daniel and I discussed my requirements, then said he would speak once he had part exchange costings. An email the next day said details, but he would ring later. 3 days later after I had called 4 times I emailed him,
he apologised by email and would call later.
19 days later I've been to Hatfield Shrewsbury, discussed, and 2 days later paid the deposit, and now await my new delivery around October. Shukers, still waiting!

They were brilliant, I had a light come on the dash and contacted Shukers to have it checked out. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they soon had it in the workshop and sorted it for me. I have purchased two range rovers from them and both times the service has been fantastic, I can't praise them enough.
