I had a great experience if you to enjoy much come on Saturday. If you come on Friday go downstairs. Even on Saturday I did go downstairs because I like rnb and hip hop but I am sure my friend Steven would've loved upstairs. Overall a great nightclub if you are in Chelsea even in London in general. One of The best nightclubs in London even in the UK.

Awful experience, staff and bouncers was rude. Was refused to speak to a manager. After paying deposit for our 2 course bottomless brunch and pre booking our food was told our starters were finished and we had to reorder. We waited 2 hours for our food to not even come. After complaining to staff they gave us a chorizo pizza which is disgraceful as my boyfriend doesn't eat pork then to kicked out. With out seeing any of there service we had paid for but a bottle of cheap vodka. After to explaining to the manager (who I must say was very calm and friendly) that me and my boyfriend had been at work

Worst experience I have ever had, and it ruined my birthday!
The service was horrific, we were sat at our table at 6.30 and not a single waiter came over to us till about 7.30 we didn't even have water on the table.... the first waiter that came over was so rude to us and he said they'd run out of prosecco which simply wasn't good enough and he gave us a choice of only vodka or gin.
If I'm honest if Daniela hadn't have come over we would've just left.
We pre paid our deposit, pre ordered our package and our menu items..
Drinks didn't even come till about 7.45 and then my friend who was allergic

Great spot for pizza! They always email out amazing offers, for example this evening my boyfriend and I have booked to claim a free pizza EACH! In which I’ve used in the past with no hassle No catch, just free pizza! Amazing vegan options also. Also a group of 6 of us claimed another offer, buy a cocktail and get free pizza. This place is awesome with friendly staff.

First of all the service was amazing! Our waitress was the sweetest, so kind and attentive. We came for the 1 pound pizza and were not disappointed. My partner who's lived here all his life even said the pizza was in his top 5 of pizzas he's had in London. The diet cokes were a bit expensive but overall our bill was just over ten pounds so we cannot complain at all. For the quality and service, this was an amazing experience. I hope those cheap pizza nights happen more often, since as a student this is very much appreciated and I'll recommend it to other students if I receive an email again saying

Myself and a friend went for dinner yesterday at The Chelsea Lodge....initially we thought it was great, drink and food both served very quickly! Our opinions changed when the waitress took our plates away while I was still clearly eating! It then took about 30mins to get someone’s attention to get the bill....to top things off both of us neither of us felt particularly well today! Unlikely that we’ll be returning here and it’s a shame as we had such high hopes!
