A real gem of a place tucked away in Westbury on Trym. The staff led by Mr Kemp and Jacqui are outstanding. Professional and honest throughout my various trips to the shop. Visited the store and purchased three sets of gold earrings and when I got home I noticed one of the earrings had a crack in the base with a slight hole. I went to the store on Monday with the goods and showed the earrings to the lady and said I wasn't happy with this I haven't even worn them and to spend almost 50.00 I definetly was not happy
I asked for a refund but she wasnt happy to do this and said why should she as she checks and polished the earrings before they went to me I told her to check the camera as she did not polish them what so ever. Overall i felt like I as being judged and that
