Grey-Harris & Company was founded in 1968 and over the years we have acquired a wealth of expertise both with antique and modern jewellery and silver. As one of the principal antique dealers of the West Country, Grey-Harris & Company are also members of the British Antique Dealers Association. Specialising in diamonds, coloured stone jewellery and pearls we take great pride in our reputation for excellent and professional customer service.

Grey-Harris & Company offer a first class restoration service for jewellery and silver from all periods. We also undertake repairs on time pieces and restringing of pearls and beads. We are able to provide a design and commission service with manufacturing or remodelling being carried out at one of our excellent British jewellery workshops.

We offer repair work on jewellery, silver, clocks and watches. We have a number of trusted workshops offering pearl/ bead rethreading, watch and clock servicing and repair. Historic jewellery and silver restoration, ring resizing and gem replacement, to name a few. Using years of expertise we work together to remodel, re-design or create new items of fine jewellery.

This is the only real jewellers in Bristol!!!!They have looked after me and my family on many occasions, the manager always helps we choose just what I need and I always feel looked after and trust what i'm told. I think the general manager is Tim or Tom, he is always so attentive and remembers all the items I've acquired for my wife, nothing is too much trouble and they are very fair and good value with Part Exchanging items and with upgrades.
Their stock is the most amazing selection of antique jewels but they also make things and help with bespoke items. Also if they don't have what you need

A dissappointing experience. Valuation completed on the premisies takes weeks. We were not asked if we had any original paperwork for the jewellery and the initial valuation not surprisingly had significantly wrong weights for jems. It then took two weeks+ for valuation to be revised once they had all original paprwork. I queried the revised valuations and was told they would call me, they did not so after two weeks I called them. Valuations fine in the end but communication/service need improvement.
