Not even worth one star. Traded in my late grans bracelet that was beyond repair, to then put the money towards a wedding band (after purchasing £2500 engagement ring) with Kemps.
Heartbreakingly I have split with my fiance so I went back into Kemps to explain and ask if I could transfer the money to a different ring of the same value or get a refund but his answer was no. 'Loose the money and mark it down to experience'. Its a platinum wedding band that he will sell on so I'm loosing £450. Heartless man with no regard for anyone's circumstances. Money money money. Will never return and will

I am really happy with my service at Kemps, they went above and beyond to fix my engagement ring. We came in and were nicely greeted, they took good care of us and were honest from the beginning about the prices and procedures. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and the ring came back differently from what I wanted. That didn't trouble them at all, they quickly made sure it was fixed and called around to a few places so they could assure me it would be done by the date I needed it. Kemps is definitely a jeweller I will recommend. And the price was very fair, especially to the superb help

I had a ring repaired which had split around the band. I had been quoted £50 for a repair from H Samuel so I thought I'd try elsewhere. Kemps did it for £20 and did a wonderful job. You can't tell the ring has been repaired at all In fact it looks better than it did new! I will definitely use Kemps for any future repairs
