My mum had an awful experience here and is too scared to leave a review. Thankfully I heard everything that took place through the very thin walls! We took our two cats in for a flea treatment, and they had to go in one at a time due to covid restrictions. Our first cat was understandably nervous having never been to this vet before and began to hiss (pretty common, most vets have a magic touch and are able to calm nervous animals down). In this case however the vet refused to treat him and began to literally shout at my mum saying our cat was “not normal” and that he would be “writing it

I been there with my cat(it was not happy and ill like a week) but after the treatment from Doctor Mihai my cat get up on her feet and back to normal.

We were offered an emergency appointment the next day for a sick cat who wasn’t registered but they said it was fine. The main problem was the attitude and rudeness of the vet who showed zero compassion or care to my cat and zero compassion to her very stressed and upset owners. He was more worried about getting home. We will never return.
EDIT- Oh we were seen alright, and charged for the displeasure. I will come into the vet to escalate the complaint because your defensive replies are something you should be ashamed about.

We went to pet clinic last month for the first time. With our two puppies who were very poorly. The vet was very helpful, professional, caring, they got the treatment they needed. We were very worried about them he gave us peace in mind and advice us what to do we have flowed his advice and our two puppies are fully healed and in good health thanks to him we are for ever grateful we were with onthere vet clinic before but now changed to pet clinic highly recommend it it is the best and local and easy to get an appointment the receptionist was also lovely, very welcoming friendly and very helpful

Avoid if you love your pet. We've had a terrible experience at this clinic, as did the other clients there. The head vet is rood, impatient, and aggressive towards the customers, pets, and even the lovely receptionist. Again, avoid.

Just started using this clinic for my two dogs and am extremely happy with services received to date. The vet is very thorough and won’t just palm you off with a prescription and took few more time than he had to put of his day to talk me through a nasty ear infection. The receptionist is lovely and super helpful. I stupidly managed to lose one of the items I had been given for the ear infection and the receptionist immediately organised a replacement and didn’t even charge me for it.

Highly recommended, I always get an appointment the same day, and appreciate the vet's honestly and kindness. He doesn't always fob my puppy off with pills but tries to encourage her natural immune response. He takes time to explain things clearly so I understand. The receptionists are welcoming and efficient.

The receptionist was polite and professional. The vet started barking at me as soon as he got on the phone and didn't stop and didn't let me speak. At all. I've honestly never heard anything like it. He was talking totally off topic and seemed incredibly angry to be talking at all. He's obviously a man with serious problems. I note from the other reviews that it seems to be a particular vet.
I see your policy with bad reviews is to contradict them or try to report them to google? Unreal. As if we'd be wasting our time making up stories about a vet's surgery? Anybody reading this: ask yourself

I've lived with cats for years which means occasional visits to the vet. Without doubt this is the best I have used. Mihai (the vet) is kind compassionate and wonderful with the cats, he always explains what's happening and you never feel rushed. The nurses are also wonderful, really helpful and welcoming. Would recommend 💯

Recently started taking our nervous cats. The experience has been positive from the start. The receptionists are helpful and pleasant, it's easy to get an appointment.
The pets seem to be in very good hands. Prices are reasonable.
