I took my sick cat to a confirmed appointment..I was told that I did not have an appointment . Invited to make a new appointment on another day. Absolutely disgusted. What is the point of appointments if the vet is not going to be there? Do NOT recommend. Will Never use again. Obviously don't care about animals.

Rude, very poor service, no communication, overcharged and unwilling to answer questions with my concerns, unwilling to explain bill. i was told puppy needed to stay and be monitored overnight but no was on site or visited throughout night as the young lady working there in reception had said, I was warned and didn't listen. lesson learnt.

I had been having problems with my kittens for 6 months at a different vets before i brought my cats here, the old vet couldn't find what was wrong and just kept harassing my bank account with ineffectual treatments and tests upon tests only to throw their arms up in the air.
Chrissie wasn't like that. she was down to earth, fast adept and calm about the whole issue. she sorted out the kittens stomach problems within 3 weeks with minimal tests and medications. truly what i believe every vet should be, focused on the overall health and wellbeing of the animal above all. also she gave very personal

This vet has been a life saver - always super fast to respond with help and advice - I also had a home visit from the vet as my bengal boy could not be put into a cat carrier . Which was such a blessing. My other cat had an operation this week and Im so happy with everything they did. Brilliant service and easy to talk to !!!

We contacted this vet because we needed to find a vet who would be able to help us with putting our senior dog to sleep on a certain day and time and this vet was able to do it. We were very grateful that the vet was able to come to our house and communication over the phone to arrange it was good. Sadly, on the day the time we had arranged got delayed by more than two hours because there were several emergencies the vet had to attend.
