Services
Our showroom and offices are in Sun Street Canterbury, close to the main entrance to Canterbury Cathedral. We follow an ancient tradition of goldsmithing in our part of the city, which can be traced by archaeology back into the ninth century. While we are newcomers in comparison, we are proud that our business can trace its origins on its present site back to Victorian times.
Here at T&B COUSINS we take an old style approach to customer service, and we have a proactive impulse to help our customers to the best of our abilities.
As a long-established business, we have the experience, the materials and access to the best craftspeople to provide that service; from giving basic expert advice, through to jewellery and silverware work including cleaning and polishing, repair, restoration, engraving, and rethreading of pearl necklaces.

The T&B Cousins family team aim to create a wonderfully unique and exquisite experience for all our clients. Founded through three generations since 1920, we believe that we have mastered the art of designing and realising exquisite and timeless jewellery. This is why we settle for nothing less than the finest quality gemstones and metals, and use exceptionally skilled craftsmen to bring our designs to life.
The story of the creation of a unique 'Cousins jewel', such as a ring, often has its beginning in the purchase of a remarkable individual gem; this might be an antique, or old stone, some of which might be improved by the lapidary, who will recut and repolish the worn or chipped facet edges.
Restoring the true beauty of a gem that has lost its original vibrancy is very rewarding, a sense of seeing the gem looking again as the first craftsman intended perhaps 150 years before. With the stone's full potential revealed, we can proceed to contemplate the design of what will be a unique ring.

Frequently people like to commission pieces to a design that is special to them, and we have provided this service for many customers down the years; the result has been bringing some amazing pieces of jewellery to fruition, some of which may be seen in our design gallery. We have also designed and produced various awards and badges of office for societies and organizations.

I wouldnt even give one star. They were given a task to value some diamonds. They under weighted the weight colour and clarity when challenged against the actual GIA they claimed that they provide am opinion.
So my opinion is they are a less the adequate valuation agent and you will loose money they levied a £10k dimomd at £1200. I would step foot of 50 meters from this place.
