Services
We have been established in Chester since 2007. We started with shops in Amsterdam and Marmaris. When we opened our own workshop in Chester we started to produce more of our jewellery here we make all our bespoke pieces in our own workshops. Our small team has over 100 years expertise in the jewellery industry.
After settling a deposit fee, our team will start working on the fine details of your piece. This is a collaborative process between you and the designer. To better illustrate your vision, we can provide drawings, computer designs and mock-ups of the jewel. Our experts will not proceed to production until you are completely satisfied with the result.
We offer free FedEx shipping on every US, Canadian, UK, and Australian order. To make your Lotus Diamonds purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia! Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered.

Outstanding Customer Service! I recently needed a wedding band at very short notice due to another jewellers letting me down with less than 2 weeks to go until my wedding.
I was staying in Chester overnight for work, leaving the following evening. I went in to the shop after walking by many other chain store jewellers that had nothing exciting to offer in their windows. I quickly found a wedding band very similar to the design I had originally chosen at another jewellers, but it was in white gold, and I needed it in platinum.
Mesut- the shop manager assured me that he could have it re-set

The most dishonest business i have encountered in my whole life,avoid at all costs.i am happy to call these people theives in a public forum,safe in the knowledge that they could never take legal action against me as they know full well that they would lose.The cruel con is diamonds for engagement rings,do not fall for it,based in turkey outside of eec law.AVOID !!!!!!!!
