Odd aggressive security guard very un friendly on this basis I would never recommend this shop to anyone, I am more than happy for management to contact me about this!! he would not give me his name and was provocative I am a business owner who is smartly dressed absolutely no need for his rude abrupt manner!!!

Very dissapointed as I had been wrongly advised on the phone that Boodles could value my diamond ring purchased by my father in 1998 from the Chester store for my mum. I inherited it after the death of my parents. I made the journey today only to be told by the young salesman that they no longer do valuations. He really wasn't bothered at all. Very dissapointed indeed that a shop of this standard could be so dismissive.

Not really an everyday visit (unfortunately) but on the occasions I have been in the Boodles store on Regent Street, the service has been absolutely wonderful. They have gorgeous collections of rings and necklaces, and are famous for their engagement jewelry. Not cheap, but you have to pay for design and quality.
