Terrific experience buying an engagement ring from Kayes.
Having grown up locally, but living in London these days, I decided to come back here for an engagement ring and very pleased I did. Great personable service from Carinth selecting the ring style and stone, and the workshop were able to turn around the setting in a couple of days in time for the planned proposal a couple of days later.

After the initial purchase of our engagement ring from Kayes, and, having been impressed by the quality of product and service, we went back for our bands.
As wedding bands are a life long purchase, we decided we wanted bespoke rings designed for us.
Kayes staff were not only very knowledgeable, but also very patient whilst we mulled over our options.
Since our intial purchases, we have revisited Kayes on numerous times.... we cannot thank the staff enough for all of their help and guidance, a special thanks goes to Gill and Pippa, two of the loveliest ladies you'll want to meet.

Both my engagement ring and wedding ring are from Kayes and I am so happy my partner chose this jewellers. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Amazing service and lovely staff who are super friendly. From start to finish, Kayes were super helpful, even after I lost paperwork following a house move. Our experience at Kayes was excellent from start to finish. We purchased my engagement ring and Pippa was so knowledgeable and proffesional. Absolutely superb from start to finish. Everyone here is really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Pippa was so helpful and patient helping us to choose an engagement ring and we are delighted with it. We couldn't be happier with our choice of jewellers for purchasing our engagement ring and wedding bands. Having been to many local jewellers we were bowled over by the service at Kayes. The staff are so professional - knowledgeable and helpful. We dealt with mainly Gill and Pippa, both were so accommodating and friendly, it was a joy to design our rings in their company! However, all staff were warm and very welcoming and eager to help.
