I purchased(with a little help from my partner) after much deliberation a Rotary watch from the friendly people at Hallmark some 6 years ago as a retirement present..
I have returned to the shop to have the battery replaced on several occasions and always found the staff to be friendly,helpful,patient and professional.
I would look no further for that special purchase.

I have bought several pieces of jewellery from this shop in Heswall and I have never been disappointed. There is a wonderful, wide range to choose from, they sell some very esquisite items. I have purchased necklaces, earrings and rings. They ladies have always been extremely helpful in helping me choose my purchases without being intrusive or pushy thank you..

My Daughter and I were very happy with the Ear piercing service we received at Hallmark.Vicky
explained to my daughter what she was going to do, put her at ease when she was nervous and gave us excellent advice on after care.
We were very impressed with the willingness to help us out at very short notice when my daughrer had to take her earrings out for an x ray three weeks later and we had trouble putting them back in.
I would definitely recommend Vicky and Hallmark jewellers for their excellent customer service

I bought a ring in Hallmark just before Christmas. Unfortunately, when I got home, I decided the ring wasn’t what I wanted. I’d worn the ring for about 4 hours but just around the house. With Christmas & lockdown I’ve only just been back to the shop. The owner, Jan, very generously allowed me to exchange the ring for another item of jewellery less about £90 which was the cost of re plating the ring. I ended up with another ring which I absolutely love.
I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff were & how kind they were to let me change my mind. Definitely A+ service.
