Arrow cars are amazing. The call staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (minus the few), the tracking part allows you to see where your taxi is and how much time you have to meet your driver. Drivers are very attentive and usually arrive 10 mins before your booking. Fares are incredibly reasonable with reliable card readers. Wouldn’t go with anyone else!

Driver was on an absolute mission. Drove far too quickly in torrential rain. Had to swerve to avoid hitting slower cars who were merging into a single lane on the m25. Was watching a YouTube video for a good portion of the journey until I had to ask him to turn it off. Didn't feel safe during our journey from Heathrow to Findon. Had a similar incident where our driver had clearly pulled an all nighter and was nodding off at the wheel. Not recommended.

I have been absolutely shocked by one of the operators behaviour. I paid this company for last two and half months over £200 which is quite lot. I wanted to order taxi yesterday for 6:45 but I was told that they are fully booked till 7am. I called them 6am. I understand that I should do the booking earlier so it’s my fault and it’s not the reason to complain. But, this guy, btw always the same voice, never say Hi, Bye, thank you, whatever, always only: where, what time , all done for you.. and that’s it. So I was stepping outside ready 7am but no car arrived, so 7:05 I called him and he

Extremely rude lady on the phone and hung up in my husband's nose when he complained about the taxi being late 20 minutes on a morning. Didn't even apologise, no hello, good morning, thank you. Too bad we don't know the "lady's" name, cause I would have mentioned it here. We are using this company for more than a year at least twice a week.
Get rid of the unpolished, impolite people who are answering the calls.. so important for your business if you wanna keep your clients! Just so disgusted about what happened. You lost another one, by the way!

Taxi driver's are great, operators on the other hand...simply called over the weekend to enquire as to whether they picked up from my location as the app was giving mixed messages. When I called, I simply asked the question, and the operator, in a quite a mocking voice, said 'no' and hung up. Was with some others at the time and they were all as shocked as I was. As I said, great taxi drivers, but unfortunately probably won't be using again if that's the reception I'm going to get.

I had a taxi booked in advance. However when I reached the station I came out the back entrance. I tried calling the taxi multiple times to let them know and had no answer. I walked around but was delayed by railway traffic lights and had NO way of contacting my driver.
When I called up afterwards to try to explain my situation, I was hung up on.
Really not impressed with my first time using this company, having just come down with all of my luggage and being left in the rain.
Will not be using again.
