I booked airport transportation in Cancun. My first issue was the day after booking, I received a cancellation email. I was upset because there was no explanation just cancelled ride. I reached out to them and they told me there was a system error that did a double booking (which I was never aware of) and that’s why I received the cancellation email. This still rubbed me the wrong way and after seeing other reviewers complain about them never showing up, I decided I’d rather go with another company. They also messed up my return date but there was no way for me to change it so I cancelled

We're were welcomed at heraklion Airport 0n the 26th August 21, a lovely helpful driver , ok we were second to last off but saw lots of lovely places on route to malia. It's was nice to receive a text the day before departure, we were picked up by executive coach, from Happy days 9th sept, and the best driver was so informative, happy, even bought us bananas, what a guy . I would always use your company . Highly recommended it, many thanks x

Whilst typing this i am listening to my partner trying to escalate a complaint whilst being informed that they will not be taking our complaint any further.
We booked executive vehicles to take us to and from our villa in Menorca, the return journey was forgotten about and we had to take a taxi to the airport. We made our flight by minutes, talking to others online this appears now to be a regular occurence. The manager at Holiday taxis has no interest in either refunding us or doing anything with our complaint. Please do not use this company.

Terrible experience - the shuttle service we used in Mallorca was painfully unorganized, slow and a logistical nightmare. After writing a long email to the customer service team explaining the experience, I have yet to receive a reply and it's been 13 days. Was it worth starting a lovely holiday off on the wrong foot, definitely not! Therefore, would advise people to look elsewhere.

Super company for transfer. Easy to go to the transfer desk and they tell you which number you gotta go to to get the right bus. I have never had any problems with then, and I've been using them 7 times until now, it will be my 8th time for september.
So five stars from me! I will recommend this company for transfer.

Waiting on bus for 45 minutes before we left the airport and when asked to collect earlier for return to airport as I felt pick up time was too close to departure time I was told they set the time and I was not allowed change it after a phonecall with very unhelpful customer service agent. I booked with you in 2019 and found very helpful but after this time will never book again and advise others not to

I made our 1st tailor made booking with holiday taxis in august. Our flight was late but our driver was there promptly to take us safely to our villa.
The 2nd trip was also very prompt with our taxi driver being exactly on time to take us to a hotel.
The 3rd trip was ready before we were and the journey to the airport was stress free.
Holiday taxis exceeded my expectations.
All drivers were good safe drivers. Vehicles were brilliant and modern with excellent air con.
I will be booking another tailor made trip for 2020 with your company and will continue to use if our experience in 2020 is

This method of travel is not for the budget-minded!
However, if you are a group, family or have excess baggage and are new to the area Holiday is an excellent choice.
Reservations can be made on-line and asks for specific information like your flight number and complete hotel information.
At the designated location someone will be waiting with your name on a sign. All of your luggage will be immediately whisked away and as you follow the gentleman the throngs of people will step back to clear
