This is not a professional taxi rank, I believe it is just a few cars trying to make some money, therefore not worried about breaking rules and switching the name to a new firm. Be careful booking with them. Seems there are some positive reviews but they may be fake? Choose at your own risk.

I liked that you had the use of hand gel in the car and felt safe as the journey was pleasant. The driver was prompt, friendly and professional and was very helpful taking my bags of shopping out of the car to my front door step. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Booked a taxi which showed up 20 minutes later from the booked time, for a 7minute journey. This resulted in me missing my train back to London. I was never notified that they are running late so waiting in the cold under the rain is not pleasant. The operator when I called blatantly lied telling me the driver is on it’s way, only 5 mins away (the driver himself told me he was just booked on another job too close to my time). As the drives was not showing in 10 minutes I called back and my multiple phone calls were never answered from the operator again.

i came in hoping this wasn't going to be a horrible experience like the taxi i had last week, but to my surprise i was greeted with a kind simile. at first i was skeptical as i had seen so many negative reviews but i was happily taken to my destination. after this eventful journey i am now a regular customer and he even gave me a pound off on my journey.
