We used several cars to get around Arundel and the surrounding area during our visit, and they were excellent! Maybe it’s just the ho hum American attitude of taxi drivers that was missing. They came inside to grab us, helped with our bags, picked up quickly, and were so friendly. We even got fortunate enough with the same driver a couple of times, and she was hilarious.

We used this company on our weekend to Goodwood they were fantastic! They were punctual and friendly, and kept in contact with us prior to our collection. I would definitely recommend this company and wish they had a deport near us!

Poor service and poor ownership. Had a cab booked and paid the full amount upfront when we got dropped at the venue. When it came to pick up we had to call the office 10 or more times to get through to get an update on our cab. A cab then came from Castle Cars and refused to take us back to our hotel, all of this while having a pregnant wife. I have even spoken to the manager who, just kept saying we are short staffed.
While I understand things can run late, I have no problem with that, the cab company gave us no indication that they would be late nor did they try and reach out to tell us they

We went to Ford with the intention of going to Arundel for the day but the trains were not running. Called a taxi with this company and the lady informed us of a 30 minutes wait. We agreed to it. 10 minutes before the time the train manager informed us that the train service has been restarted. I felt bad calling the taxi company to let them know but the lady was lovely and understanding, told me that the taxi was on the way but not to worry. Great service, will use them next time. Thank you.

Castle Cars are hugely convenient as their office is directly outside Arundel station. I've always found them prompt (with the occasional exception) and helpful.

I don't like to comment on other people's reviews; you should share your experience even when its negative - many businesses miss that point. But this is less of a review, versus an attack on the driver combined with extensive virtue signalling (I love nature, we're generous because we left a tip (40p) etc).

My girlfriend and I were having drinks at a pub about 1.5 miles outside of Arundel. It got dark while we were there, so we called a taxi from Castle Cars. The dispatch said our car would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. It took a bit longer but soon we were on our way back to the centre of Arundel. The driver must have been in a hurry even though it was a quiet Saturday night in a quaint village, because he was speeding... REALLY FAST.
