Brake pads and discs are the most safety-critical components on your car. They are subjected to enormous forces and pressures, having to withstand and dissipate temperatures of up to 800 degrees celcius. So it's no wonder they need regular inspection and replacement. Worn or faulty brake pads can lead to damaged discs, meaning there's a greater chance of losing control during hard braking.
Below are the common symptoms that you may experience when the clutch in your vehicle is failing. Cause: Loose or worn engine mountings, misalignment of engine to gearbox, uneven operation of clutch arm, oil contaminated facings, defective pressure plate, defective drive plate, scored or glazed flywheel, worn spigot bearing.
Because the exhaust system is located under the vehicle and it is constantly changing temperature from cold to hot, moisture within the exhaust system eventually results in rust and where the metal rusts away, splits and holes in the metal occur. You may become aware of this through a roaring or hissing noise whilst you drive or the problem may be identified during your car's service or MOT where technicians inspect for exhaust pipe damage.
Your air con system could be hiding all sorts of nasty bugs. Condensation in the pipework combined with engine heat creates a breeding ground for bacteria and mould. Unpleasant odours are just the start. 1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO A FRIEND
I had a 2000 ford mondeo and it needed a few bits sorted, but I left unhappy so I'll explain my experience here.
1,bad phone manners, slightly rude / unhelpful.
2 told me to source my own parts ( wierd I know)
3 when I picked the car up it had 2 new dings on the door from another door opening into it.
4i took the car to WOMANIC who is fantastic and she told me I didn't even need the parts they were looking for.

I was let down by my existing mechanic and was recommended to try Cranmore Garage for my MOT. They fitted me in the next day. My car passed the MOT but was told I would need a new part in time . They ordered the part straight away and it was fitted . I had my car back within a few hours and they showed me the part they had replaced. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely be using this garage again.

We are very highly impressed with Cranmore Garage, from booking in to completion of our service and MOT, all very efficient and friendly. They did what they said they would do and on time!
