What about 'normal' times (new or otherwise)?

I was given expert knowledge, delivered in a way that, frankly makes you feel like you could pop back later for a cup of tea.

Five stars for five star service. There are a set of customer service metrics any business uses to measure their accountancy by. Melanie Curtis Accountants aces the lot. Accuracy, timely response to queries (even the leftfield ones), value for money, professionalism, face-to-face time and so on. Very happy customer!
