We are registered by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants & Registered Auditors in England and Wales to carry out company audit work. We are proud to have been assisting clients in accountancy, tax and audit services for over 25 years.
After working for Cooper & Lybrand (currently PWC) as audit manager and working as financial controller of various high profile international businesses, late Muhammad Zafar Iqbal set up Goldstar early 1990s as trading name M Z Iqbal & Co (Chartered Accountants) with the first office in the Oxford Road in Reading.Around end of 1990, Mr Iqbal purchased his own building in Southampton Street, Reading and moved his practice there.

Executing Payroll Year End on behalf of the client, prepare P45 and/or P60 as needed and reporting to the HMRC.

Hi agree with all the 5* star reviews given to Goldstar Accountants on here. Having used them just recently, I found both Ganga and Amrit extremely professional, helpful, supportive and always on hand and willing to help and explain the tax calculations that were going on for my accounts.

We have worked with Goldstar Accountants based in Reading, Berkshire, in the UK for some years now. We came to Goldstar with our company accounts in disarray as we had previously restructured our company into five separate companies. Goldstar's managing partner Ganga Bhusal took us in, setup our accounting structures and cleaned up our accounting within a few weeks.
