Services
As stated, all companies/businesses are required to submit their annual accounts under the law; the form of which depends upon structure of the businesses and their operational status. We prepare and file your annual accounts to Companies House. We also take sufficient time to explain your accounts to you so that you can understand your financial performance and position and plan for the future.

Bishwa has been incredibly helpful. He has expertly guided me through processes that I knew nothing about. When my financial affairs became a little more complex than he initially thought, he didn't charge me any extra for the additional work. Instead, he reasoned that it was a useful learning experience for him to go through new processes, and his "payment" was the knowledge he was gaining, which I thought was very decent of him. At every stage, he's been patient, helpful and most of all, cheerful and friendly - a pleasure to work with.

I had problems with HM Revenue and Customs.
I really couldn’t see an end to it, and it was a great burden on me! I’m from Norway, and not familiar with the system.
