Booked a taxi to go to the station, quoted £15, said we would get cash out to pay at station atm. Driver turns the wrong way, takes us further away from station through a busy residential zone, then arrives at a garage with a broken atm. Eventually get to station, but the detour meant that it was over 20 quid and we had to run for our train. When we asked why he had gone wrong way he said his route was the only way. Not impressed and won't recommend using them

Terrible experience - booked taxi and prepaid for my Mum to be taken to a funeral. I rang to check the booking 5 times to be told there was no booking. Will never use again!
Don't believe it when they say 'send a private message and we'll look into this'. I did and there has been no response - says it all really!

Today I got a taxi from my adress to clifton which is 1 mile away. With my 2 year old, the main road was blocked off to clifton the driver told me it would. Be a long way round 5o be told my 4.70 journey is gonna be £10 because the app didn't want to show accurate prices. Do not use avoid avoid I'm now £8 down driving down road and back
