Nottingham Cars, great taxi service.
Always pleasant drivers & always prompt, never having to wait long for them to arrive.
I've only had 1 driver who tried to charge me more than the quote, but hey Ho 1 bad egg isn't too bad I guess.
I've been using Nottingham Cars for many years & will continue to do so until they give me cause not to.
Also, I haven't tried the App yet, I'm not going to be charged for adding my own card.
The reviews aren't very good so I am nervous to try.
If I do I'll update my review & let you know.

This company is very disrespectful. After a night out, all my friends and I wanted to do was to get home safely. Unfortunately after ringing Nottingham cabs to book two takes the cab had not arrived after an hour. Ringing them back to enquire as to why the cab had not yet arrived the person down the line hung up the phone. Calling them back for a second time i was met with someone hanging up the phone on me again. I attempted to call about 10 times and ask as to why my phone calls were not being taken (no shape or form had i been disrespectful) but it see,s Nottingham cars recognised my number

After 30 minutes no taxi arrived, I was told 5 minutes on 2 phone calls. After an hour i phoned and was told they have no record of the booking and couldn't get another car out for over an hour. This is the second time this has happened. The phone operator is very rude, told me to get into a street cab and go. This was a 16:00 on a Wednesday, dread to think what they're like when its busy Avoid!
