Astley Clarke customer services have been amazing. Both Claudia and Emma were incredibly helpful and obliging. I can’t rate them both highly enough and would highly recommend them and Astley Clarke itself. Absolutely love the beautiful jewellery and I look forward to adding more of their pieces to my collection.

Exceptional customer service.
I made an online purchase for my wife's birthday, and bought a long time in advance.
When the day came the item was beautifully wrapped and presented, but smaller than expected and so I enquired about an exchange.
We were far over their 14 day returns policy but Claudia was incredibly helpful and we now have a Credit note for the full value.
Look forward to finding a suitable replacement and purchasing from Astley Clarke again

I bought 2 lockets and had them engraved. The pieces looked nice initially though I did notice that the engraved script revealed the silver under the gold plating. There was no warning anywhere that this could happen if you requested engraving. But the real disappointment came a month or so later when both pieces became severely tarnished. The gold layer is SO thin that the silver beneath is oxidising and showing through the “gold”. I complained and was told it is normal for this type of vermeil jewellery. This is NOT the case! I have several pieces from other jewellers and none of them have
