Afternoon tea not the best, was quite disappointed, had to ask a couple of times for tea/coffee. Thought savoury bits would of been served warm. Went for mother in laws 60th birthday. Never even took a photo of afternoon tea.

Had evening dinner with a complicated order. Service was exceptional, with wick service and very attentive staff. Morgan the chef produced an awesome pudding caramel cheesecake, just yummy. I was charged full price for a price of chicken and side salad which I understand but was slightly disappointed by. Overall a great evening and we will definitely be back. Thanks

The room was amazing the breakfast was amazing only complaint is that I have a child in a wheelchair and was told when booking that they has ground floor rooms and we could get her around but when arriving we were on the 3rd floor with no lift and could not be moved due to us having a family room this hotel is not wheelchair friendly. everywhere you need to go is all stairs, but staff were really helpful they should us a easier way to get to our room but it still had 6 steps down and then we had a house set of steps down to the function room and then another flight of stairs back to leave via reception

We took two dog's with us the rooms were perfect for them good access, so no accidents. The hotel is right on top of the beach 2min walk down the hill.
food and dink is a bit expensive but worth it. We had a Sunday roast dinner with generous amounts of food.

Just spent one night in the family room (with 2 teenage children). The room was generously sized, clean and well equipped. Nice view. Staff were very polite, professional and went beyond the call of duty, nothing too much trouble. Food was very good quality, plenty of choice and well prepared. (Portions slightly on the large side!). Great location with easy access to the town.

We spent 3 nights at the Spa hotel. We stayed in room 27, great views, room comfortable if a tad expensive. But great views made the stay. All the staff were brilliant, friendly & helpful even though they were very busy always had time for you. Breakfast good, plenty of selection, lunch menu good. Evening menu not a great selection but don't let that put you off, we all have different tastes. There are a good selection of restaurants nearby to eat in. Be prepared for the steep hill, but if you want the views then the hill is worth it. The only let down for the hotel is the parking, but it is what
